Heather holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Notre Dame Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University and is currently undertaking her Master of Laws at UWA.

Heather's practice focuses on a wide range of commercial and corporate litigation, dispute resolution and advisory matters, including providing advice on and representation in:

Heather represents clients in various Courts and tribunals including: the Supreme Court of WA, District Court of WA, Magistrates Court of WA, Family Court of WA, State Administrative Tribunal, WA Industrial Relations Commission (WAIRC), the Fair Work Commission and the Equal Opportunity Commission.
