From assisting Woolworths with their liquor licence application for Dan Murphys and BWS stores, to assisting the Birmingham Property Group with their property law requirements for their WA shopping centres, to bringing international franchising businesses such as Brotzeit and Shofer to Perth, our clients are generally in the 4 following key groups.

  • Business owners.
  • Property developers and investors.
  • The hospitality and tourism sector.
  • Individuals.

In the property area, we act for property developers and shopping centre owners in large scale projects, through to individual tenants. In hospitality and tourism, we assist national supermarket chains to obtain their liquor store licences in WA, through to small bar licences for small businesses. When assisting with resolving disputes for business owners, we assist with international disputes in the Supreme Court for multiple million dollar claims, through to local owners and building companies in construction disputes in the Building Commission. In essence, our clients, including our individual clients, are usually involved in a business of some kind and we assist them in all the areas needed to help them focus on running a successful business.
